Responsibilities

About the opportunity

• Lead the performance within the Logistics team and support driving growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategy
• Analytics – Analyze and track KPIs to improve operations performance, and take customer, rider and vendor experience to the next level!
• Find ways to drive logistics efficiency in foodpanda countries, by standardizing processes out of local markets to simplify and streamline from a regional level (APAC)
• Take ownership of performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our fleet and rider’s relationships.
• Lead and execute projects within local and global teams to their maximum potential
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure that Logistics is always aligned with the larger vision of the organization
• Help standardize and build out the logistics process for new vertical launches
• Work collaboratively with Territory Team to grow the business by providing conducive infrastructures & rider availability
  
  

Potential Projects

• Define and own the incentives model to influence riders’ performance
• Define, develop and implement a standard staffing analysis approach to improve the efficiency of our fleet utilization
• Optimize our demand and supply forecast model
• Process optimization & harmonization across various stakeholders
  
  

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, management or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong project management & stakeholder management
• Open to new ideas in the Q- Commerce space
• Hands-on in SQL (Python is an add-on). Enjoys working with numbers and data
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Self-learner mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in start-up preferred
